This may include your full name, organisation or ministry name, email address, phone number, the type of creative service you are interested in, your budget range, how you found us, your preferred project start date, and your digital signature.
• Through the client portal, we collect information associated with your portal account including your name, email address, organisation name, phone number, and any content you submit including project briefs, file uploads, messages, and comments. We also record the date and time of your most recent portal login for security and client management purposes.

03 How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide information about our services.
• Schedule and conduct Vision Calls with prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver Creative Scope documents and proposals.
• Enter into and administer client agreements.
• Deliver creative services and manage client projects through the portal.
• Communicate with you about your project or retainer, including project updates, approval requests, file deliveries, and invoices.
• Send automated email notifications triggered by activity in the client portal — messages, approvals, task status changes, phase updates, and project completion.
• Maintain records of completed projects and client relationships for business administration and portfolio purposes.

• Fillout & Zite — form submissions, portal data, client records, messages, files, and project information are stored in the Fillout and Zite platforms operated by Fillout Inc. Data may be stored on servers located outside New Zealand, in accordance with their privacy policy at fillout.com.
• Webflow — the jeremycreative.com website is hosted on Webflow. Website analytics and visitor data are processed by Webflow in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — client communications via hello@jeremycreative.com are stored in Google Workspace in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
• Hnry — invoice and payment information is processed through Hnry NZ in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Loom — video walkthrough content shared with clients through the portal may be hosted on Loom in accordance with Loom’s privacy policy.

Jeremy Creative takes reasonable steps to ensure these platforms provide adequate protection for your personal information. Where information is transferred to servers outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection to that required under the Privacy Act 2020.

05 Who We Share Your Personal Information With

Jeremy Creative does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own commercial purposes.

Your personal information may be shared with the third-party service providers listed in section 04 above solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
